NORDIC SKIING
The National Ability Center provides individual and group cross-country ski lessons throughout the ski season. The Center's Nordic Ski Program is conducted at the Bronfman Family Recreation Center & Ranch in our new Nordic Ski Center. This program provides individuals with physical and cognitive disabilities and their families a chance to participate in Nordic skiing at various skill levels. Sessions consist of one lesson per week for five weeks at the same time each week. Equipment is included.

The head coach of the Ability Center's Nordic Ski Program is Paralympic and World Championships gold medalist and former World Cup champion Steve Cook. Steve recently retired from the U.S. Disabled Ski Team and joined the National Ability Center to help those with both Olympic and recreational aspirations on the Nordic ski trail.
