The Hamlet Companies' A Starry Night is presented by the Mark and Kathie Miller Foundation. This year's event begins with the biggest gala in the Center's twenty-three year history with more than 1,000 National Ability Center supporters at the Grand America Hotel in Salt Lake City. This year's celebration will also be a time of reflection and celebration of the vision of Meeche White, Co-founder and former Chief Executive Officer of the Center, who has stepped aside as CEO this summer. The evening will include a silent auction where guests can spend time bidding on valuable items donated by numerous businesses, restaurants and artisans. Following an elegant dinner, some of the Ability Center's child participants take to the stage, performing a song specially chosen for the evening. Then the evening culminates with a thrilling live auction. Following the live auction, the evening comes to a close with a special post-party, providing sponsors and guests an opportunity to mingle and unwind. This fabulous event sells out each year, so make your reservations early!
