Connor Roeman

Connor Roemen, a T8 complete paraplegic, found his passion for monoskiing after his injury. He was introduced to skiing by a former National Ability Center instructor, Alma, who shared his own experiences and taught Connor the fundamentals. Inspired by Alma’s guidance, Connor quickly fell in love with skiing and set his sights on advancing in the sport.

Originally from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, where the flat terrain limits skiing opportunities, Connor sought to improve his skills and ski more often. This determination led him to join the National Ability Center’s High Performance Alpine Team, where he continues to train and push his abilities to new heights.
