The National Ability Center, based in Utah, offers outdoors programming for people of all abilities. Now, to keep people connected and motivated from afar, they’re offering “group” rides for people who are cycling safely in their communities or on bikes in their own homes. You can find their Strava page here to participate. They’re also hosting meditation sessions on Facebook every Thursday through the end of May.
