David rejoins the National Ability Center Board after serving on the Executive and Finance Committees and as Interim CEO during our recent national search. During his 33-year EY career, he served as Partner and member of the Executive Leadership Team as head of Brand, Marketing, and Communication and Chief of Staff to the Americas Chairman. David won the Inclusive Leadership Award, and was a visible advocate for those with diverse-abilities.
David and his wife, Noreen, have supported the NAC for over 20 years as parents and fundraisers. The O’Briens have adopted four children with special needs from China, and the NAC has been instrumental in helping each reach their full potential. Residing in Park City, David is engaged with multiple not-for-profits, including the Peterson Institute for International Economics, the Peter Westbrook Foundation, and others involved in relief for orphans.
David holds an MBA from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, and a BS in Accounting from Wheeling College.
