Meet Ghost, our gentle giant! This 15-year-old Percheron/Quarter Horse tips the scales at an impressive 1800 pounds and stands so tall he’s almost out of reach for some of our volunteers. Originally from Rhode Island, Ghost has journeyed far and wide, racking up miles of trail rides and countless days at children’s camps. Despite his grand size, he’s as sweet and gentle as they come and is loved by our participants. Ghost’s kind and laid-back nature makes him a tremendous adaptive riding horse and a big buddy everyone looks up to—literally!
