Caitlin Bognaski
Director of Development
Caitlin Bognaski is a graduate of Wake Forest University, where she was an ROTC cadet and Division 1 athlete. Following graduation, Caitlin served as an Engineer Officer in the U.S. Army. She deployed in support of both Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. She was the 12th female to graduate from the Sapper Leader Course, a physically and mentally rigorous combat Engineer school. Her husband, Shane, is also a veteran who served in Special Operations for nine years.
Caitlin, Shane, and their three boys moved to Park City in 2016, and she joined the National Ability Center team in the Groups and Military department in 2019. After serving in a few different positions in the NAC, she became the Director of Development in the fall of 2022, where she now oversees the NAC’s fundraising efforts. Caitlin is passionate about service to others and is an avid outdoor enthusiast, especially mountain biking and trail running.
