Chelley Macon
Vice President of People and Culture
Chelley is an Army veteran, H.R. professional, and an outdoor enthusiast. After serving on Active Duty for 20 years, Chelley retired as a Lieutenant Colonel and relocated to Park City with her husband, Ben, and their children, Landon and Addison. Chelley earned a B.S. in Recreation Management from Appalachian State University and an M.E. in Kinesiology from the University of Virginia. She has always been passionate about outdoor experiential education and worked as a camp counselor, rock-climbing instructor, white water rafting guide, and high ropes course facilitator. She holds a Level 1 Alpine certification with Professional Ski Instructors of America (PSIA) and previously taught ski lessons at Sugar Mountain (N.C.) and Park City Mountain Resort.
Chelley loves working with people, developing teams, and building camaraderie. She is passionate about H.R. because she loves taking care of people, implementing processes and policies for organizations to excel, and cultivating positive work environments for everyone to thrive.
