Jeff serves as the Chief Operating Officer at the National Ability Center, having joined the organization in early 2022. Since then, he has collaborated with a high-performing team of executives, employees, board members, volunteers, and donors, achieving a remarkable 40% growth in adaptive programming experiences and a 24% increase in volunteer hours.
With over 15 years of executive leadership experience in non-profits, Fortune 500, and Private Equity-backed companies, Jeff has a proven track record of building successful teams and delivering outstanding results. His entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to community engagement have driven him to spearhead startup initiatives and board developments, focusing on innovative education solutions in the U.S. and Haiti.
Jeff is passionate about imparting life lessons and leadership skills to children through sports, serving as a coach for youth hockey, soccer, lacrosse, and football. He resides in Salt Lake City with his wife, Colleen where they have helped over 25 foster dogs find their forever homes. Their son, Justice, attends the University of Utah, while the other children are off on their own adventures: Madisyn with AmeriCorps serving refugees, Morgan teaching in South Korea, and Mason, who has served four years as a U.S. Marine, currently serving as a Cavalry Scout in the Army.
