Rochelle Marshall

Director of Marketing

Rochelle joined the National Ability Center as Director of Marketing at the end of 2022, bringing over 18 years of experience in leading marketing strategies within the corporate sector. Her enthusiasm for creating engaging brand experiences and her passion for serving a meaningful non-profit mission makes her a perfect fit for the next evolution of the NAC.

As a seasoned marketing generalist, Rochelle has acquired extensive real-world experience across multiple disciplines. She has successfully facilitated digital transformation initiatives for legacy organizations, focusing on integrating marketing technology systems and optimizing the customer experience journey. She also excels at developing engaging content and executing thought-provoking brand campaigns – and is honored for the opportunity to share life-changing stories about participants and the #AdaptiveNation community at large.

Originally from Santa Cruz, California, Rochelle ventured north and raised her son, Alex, in Anchorage, Alaska, before seeking more sunshine and warmer weather. In early 2019, she embarked on a year-long, cross-country road trip, ultimately settling in Salt Lake City for its mountains and high desert climate. Rochelle enjoys hiking and paddleboarding with her Pomeranian, Maya, as well as alpine skiing and fat tire biking during the winter months.
