Willie is the CEO of The National Ability Center, where he leads the organization in its mission to provide adaptive recreation and outdoor adventures for individuals with disabilities. With a rich background in leadership, innovation, and community service, Willie brings a wealth of experience and a deep commitment to making a positive impact.
Before joining The National Ability Center, Willie served as the President of POC in North America and was a key member of the global executive team. During his tenure, POC was acquired by Black Diamond Equipment and later sold to Investcorp. Willie also showcased his entrepreneurial skills by founding and growing Givego, a tech startup that connected over 1,500 certified experts with 30 brand partners.
In addition to his corporate achievements, Willie is deeply committed to the nonprofit sector. He has served on the board of the High Fives Foundation as Vice Chair and continues to support his alma mater through his role on the board of UNH Skiing. His involvement on several nonprofit boards further highlights his dedication to community and sport.
An accomplished ski racer, Willie is a 2X NCAA All American Ski Racer and a 3X Academic All American at the University of New Hampshire, where he studied Communication and Business. His dedication to excellence was recognized with a 40 under 40 award from the sporting goods business in 2016.
Willie’s leadership philosophy is grounded in optimism and inspiration, and he believes in the power of positive leadership to drive change and create a lasting impact.
