Veterans, active-duty, reserve and retired military personnel are encouraged to sign up for any of the National Ability Center's individual adaptive recreation lessons. It's a great way to try new activities, set goals, develop skill and get outside! And, most programs are available at no cost to military service members, veterans and their families.
