The National Ability Center is proud to provide competition programs and events designed for youth, adults and veterans. As a donor to our teams, your support enables emerging athletes to train and travel for regional, national and international competitions.
EMERGING PARALYMPIC AND ELITE ATHLETES
The Paralympic Games are the adaptive equivalent to the Olympic Games for athletes with physical disabilities. The Paralympic Games are held subsequent to the conclusion of each summer or winter Olympic Games. Each year at the National Ability Center, we have more than 50 athletes training with the goal to reach the next level of sport performance and achievement.
TEAM FLYERS ATHLETES
Team Flyers sports offered at the National Ability Center include: alpine skiing, snowboarding, and cycling. Team Flyers athletes also have the opportunity to participate in competition for their sport, including Wyoming Special Olympics, United States of America Ski and Snowboard Association events, and the Summit Challenge and Race and Rail Classic – both hosted by the National Ability Center.
