For over 35 years the National Ability Center has been breaking barriers through outdoor recreation. From high in the Wasatch Mountains to the depths of Southern Utah’s red rock canyons, our community continues to break new trail where other might have believed impossible. Whatever your goal may be, we are excited to provide support in achieving that goal. As an NAC Ambassador you will have the opportunity to share your story, connect with your community, and grow as an influencer in your community. Ambassador opportunities may include: Speaking at a conference, attending community events, guest blog for the NAC and our community partners, represent the NAC mission at our signature fundraisers, and so much more! Each Ambassador will have the opportunity to curate their platform with the support of the National Ability Center.

For those with an adventurous spirit. These Ambassadors will take our audience away from the beaten path for an exciting experience into adaptive adventures. We have programs and guides to make this possible, to include Scholarships for our Ambassadors.

EQUESTRIAN
Choose from four equestrian-assisted activities (EAAT) including adaptive horseback riding, Equine Assisted Learning (EAL), therapy and trail riding. As a PATH International Premiere Accredited Center in Utah, we are committed to providing the highest level of programming and industry standards. You’ll be paired with a horse, instructor, and volunteers to set you up for success. There is a Scholarship process included in the Ambassador Program and availability of programs is subject to change.
MILITARY
We welcome members of the Armed Forces and Veterans from every era to participate in our Ambassador Program. Military Ambassadors will have access to recreational, rehabilitative, and therapeutic programs designed for Service Members AND their families that include ongoing lessons, specialized camps, mobile programs and adaptive wilderness expeditions.
In most cases service members are provided access to all National Ability Center recreation and adventure programs at NO COST, with scholarships being available by request for their accompanying family members.
GROUPS
Partner with us to design an adaptive experience for your family, corporate group, organization, team or other private group. Become a TEAM of Ambassadors. We’ve curated some of the best adaptive adventures in the world. As leaders in adaptive recreation, each adventure is inclusive and accessible for those with physical injuries, cognitive or mental health diagnosis and abilities. All trips can be tailored to cater to your guests’ specific interests, requirements and abilities. We also have On-site lodging and inclusive, accessible conference spaces available at our Park City Ranch!

The National Ability Center has so much to offer – and we want to give YOU the opportunity to experience our programs and share those experiences with your community. Each Ambassador will be responsible for collaborating with our team to create an Ambassador trail map that suits your interests.
